Letter From The Director
Welcome to the Tuscarawas County Child Support Enforcement Agency (CSEA) web site. We hope that you find our website useful as you access our services, procedures and forms.
The Child Support Enforcement Agency helps families by establishing paternity and child support orders, modifying child support orders, collecting child and spousal support and enforcing support and medical orders.
The child support program ensures parents support their children, encourages family responsibility and reduces cost of public assistance to tax payers.
Tuscarawas County CSEA currently has 8,318 open cases and collected $14,554,148.62 in 2010.
Our goal is to ensure the CSEA is providing the best service possible to Tuscarawas County families and to educate the public on the child support program in Ohio.
As changes are made in the child support program, forms and regulations, we will endeavor to keep you informed by updating this site on a regular basis.
We have added a new links section to child support related sites. We hope you find these additional resources valuable.
Thank you visiting our web site. Our office hours are Monday- Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm, excluding holidays. If you have any questions and/or comments, please contact the agency by phone, fax, or the e-mail address listed or stop in for personal assistance.
Sincerely,
Traci A. Berry
Assistant Prosecuting Attorney
