The mission of the Tuscarawas County Metropolitan Sewer District is to: 1) provide safe drinking water and effective wastewater collection and treatment to users of our systems at a fair and reasonable cost 2) operate our water and sewer systems in a cost effective and efficient manner 3) respond to user concerns in a timely and courteous manner 4) continually re-invest in our systems to assure system integrity and operations with minimum interruption, and to upgrade service to provide the highest level of service economically and technically feasible 5) fully evaluate the need for service in areas not being served, and where economically and technically feasible provide service when requested. |
